Any mom knows that when your kids get old enough for school, a little piece of your heart walks away every time they head to school.  
And often, as a mom, I worry about what the world is telling my kids. The messages that they hear every day, repeating in their heads and slowly chipping away at their self esteem.  I don’t think kids can ever have too much encouragement.


So today, I’ve partnered with Revolution Foods to create a series of free printable lunch box notes that remind my kids just how special they are and how important it is to never let go of your dreams.

I chose 8 different messages that I want my kids to hear.  Every time they open their lunch boxes I want them to find these encouraging messages.

Of course, I also want them to be at their best, which is why I have fallen in love with the entire line of Revolution Foods lunches.

I printed mine onto card stock and cut them out with a scissors (although you could also have used a Silhouette or Cricut machine.
Every day I tape a new one to their lunches so they won't miss them.

I know the world can be a hard place to be a kid.. but I hope every time they open their lunch boxes, their world is a little brighter!
